Portable water maker is designed for compact installation space on ocean ships small boats, yacht cabins, and humid environments. The frame is made of SS 316 round pipe with rubber feet. The unit is easy to hold and carry. The machine converts seawater to potable drinking water.
A reverse osmosis desalination system is justifiable anywhere there is a shortage fresh water and a good source of available brackish or seawater. While many desalination plants have been constructed in dry environments and island coastal communities. But as viable freshwater sources become more scarce, both industry and municipalities are adopting RO-based desalination.
Portable Desalination Water System
Designed to convert seawater to drinking water, these seawater portble desalination systems use high quality SWRO reverse osmosis seawater desalination membranes. These systems use our proven technology to give reliable performance and meet the demanding requirements of the marine environment.
From Water makers to industrial sized,
Low total quantity of carbon (Organism).
Very stable output water quality.
High recovery rate (95%).
We offer a full range of both standard and custom engineered RO System
Seawater Desalination Reverse Osmosis Systems for applications ranging from yachts, cruise ships, boats to municipalities, hotels, resorts, and various industrial applications.
The mechanism of reverse osmosis is different from filtration in that physical holes may not exist in an RO membrane (its pores are believed to be less than 0.0001 micron).
It is more likely that water and smaller molecular weight organics are able to diffuse through the membranes polymer by bonding between segments of the polymer?? chemical structure.
Reverse Osmosis (RO) is the most efficient and effective method of water purification known to man.
It uses a special, semi-permeable membrane which removes impurities as small as 0.0001 micron (i.e. 0.00000004 inches) in size, cleansing water of all biological impurities, suspended particles, dissolved solids (TDS), salts, metals and chemicals.
RO removes 90 to 99% of all the contaminants found in water. It is the heart of any well designed water purification system because it effectively removes a broad range of contaminants. It is the process by which water molecules are forced through a 0.0001 micron semi-permeable membrane by water pressure. Long sheets of the membrane are ingeniously sandwiched together and rolled up around a hollow central tube in a spiral fashion.
This rolled-up configuration is commonly referred to as a spiral wound membrane or module. They are available in different sizes for processing different quantities of water.
Typically, a module for home water treatment is as small as 2" diameter and 10" long, while one for industrial use may be 4" diameter and 40".
Drinking purpose ??commercial & residential.
Reverse osmosis is an important process in a wide variety of water treatment processes.
Reverse osmosis membranes reject dissolved inorganic solutes, larger organic solutes (molecular weight greater than 200), a portion of microbiological contaminants such as viruses and bacteria, and particles. Because of this broad spectrum of solute rejection.
